Everyones is different and our size chart have been issued as a guide only.

BUST

Measure around the fullest part of your bust, wrap it around under your armpits, and back to the front.

WAIST

Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage.

HIP

Measure around the fullest part of your hips, start at one hip and wrap the tape measure around the top of your rear, around the other hip, and back to where you started.

We provide free express shipping within Australia when orders are over $100.

We use Australia Post to send your goods, with trackable delivery. When your item is packed and dispatched, you will receive an automatic email with the trackable link. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your delivery may vary. If you do not receive your item within 3 - 4 days, please contact us at order@honeyandbeau.com

Custom and duty charges

Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes. Our International shipping fee does not include these charges.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns

At Honey and Beau, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the full price item(s) within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund minus shipping & handling charges. Any items returned after 15 days will not be accepted.

Of course, we will have to have the item inspected that the item has not been worn, is unwashed and be otherwise in its original condition with the tag attached. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn will not be accepted. 

Sale Item(s)

Items purchased on sale or used with a promo code are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Any items purchased at a discount of 40% or higher is considered final sale and not eligible for return (refund), exchange or store credit. Final sale items cannot be returned. 

Shipping Your Return

Mail your returning items to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, exchange or store credit.

If a refund is approved, your payment minus a shipping & handling fee ($9.00 within Australia or international shipping rate), will be applied back to your original payment method.

Please note: If you purchased a Honey and Beau item from a retail store, you must return it to the store purchase, as we are not affiliated with any of our stockists. All independent retailers have their own policies in place.
